And other tenements, warehouses and stables 'very ancient and much decayed' on land in the parishes of St. Olave in Hart Street and 'the Crossed alias the Crouched Fryers', and near Tower Hill (230ft. on South side towards Tower Hill; 290ft. on East side towards 'Croched Fryers'; 182ft. on North side; and 330ft. on West side) and to build thereon 5 fair houses for men of quality and 42 other houses.
