(i) Richard Harcourt of the Inner Temple Esq. (ii) Elizabeth Banestre of the parish of Saint Andrews Holborn spinster (one of the daughters and co-heirs of Sir William Banestre Knight, late Serjeant at Law, deceased) (iii) Dame Elizabeth Banestre widow of Sir WB (iv) John Hamilton of the parish of Saint Andrews Holborn gent. (v) Thomas Reeve of the Middle Temple Esq., Thomas Browne of the Inner Temple Esq., William Edwards of the Middle Temple Esq., John Edwards merchant, all of London Prior to marriage of (i) and (ii). Agreed that before the marriage EB will convey to (v) her moiety of the manors of Turkdean and Hasilton in county Gloucester, in trust, to be sold to pay off WB's debts, then to purchase other lands to use of (i), then (ii), etc., but preserving rent charge payable to (iii). With schedule of WB's debts
