(iii) Richard Harcourt of Bedford Row county Middlesex esq., Anthony Thomas Abdy of Lincolns Inn county Middlesex Esq., Robert Hudson of City of London Esq., Rev. Robert Beachcroft of Walthamstow county Essex clerk Recites Act of Parliament for vesting estates of Sir William Banestre to be sold to pay his debts and make provision for his daughters and co-heirs (see U DDSQ(4)/5/2), the marriage settlement of EH and RH dated 22 May 1723, and lease & release of 5/6 July 1725 Prior to marriage of EH and RD: moiety of manor of Nottingbarnes and of £2150 South Sea annuities; £1000 paid by EH to RD as an addition to the portion; £5500 also paid by RD to the Trustees (iii).
