Further to the will and codicils of Sir Tatton Sykes deceased and bequests specified therein; recites transfer of mortgage dated 12 April 1911 for securing a debt of £121,316 raised by mortgage of 21 September 1863 further to the family settlement of 30 June 1847: sum of £48,000 appropriated to secure annuities to (iii) - (ix).

Endorsed: receipts for sums of £500 each following death of Robert Roberts (16 October 1928) and George Gallie (23 October 1934).

Attached: memorandum and receipt for £6,000 for ‘Horsley’s mortgage’ to be applied to the family resettlement of 3 March 1927 (June 1929).
