Appointment of New Trustees: (i) HA Cholmondeley (ii) Earls of Hardwicke and Antrim: Recites will and 9 codicils of Sir Tatton Sykes, indenture of 15 July 1914 appropriating the ‘family’ mortgage of 21 September 1863 and annuities thereunder, and deed of 2 May 1927 whereby Cholmondeley and Sandars became Trustees of the Will and Appropriation Deed: new Trustees in place of Cholmondeley and Sandars
