All their property in Parva Kelc, with a road from Schepesbrig to their mills of Twagrind (excepting their mills of Twagrind with the mill - pond and other appurtenances, 1/2ac, meadow by the mill near the water's edge to be enclosed with a ditch ('iuxta ripamaque ad claudendum fossato'), and sufficient land to repair and maintain the mill-pool) and the Harpam road ('via regia de Harpam') as far as the Kelk causeway and from the causeway to the mills: Rendering 9s. yearly and paying tithes of the mills to the rector of Foston. Given at Bridlington, nones of February 1252. Seal of the priory, vesica, Virgin and Child, a kneeling figure on left kisses her foot, 'SIGILLU' ECCLE'. SCE.
