Manor of Parva Kelke and all its lands (excepting courts, farms and services of tenants, wards, reliefs, fines, 2 mills with meadows and enclosures belonging to them and 'heronfewes' and fishing in the great ditch): Priory to pay to heirs of John Mowbray 20 geese at feast of St. Peter in chains 2s. at St. Martin in winter, the farm of 1ac. pasture in Arden, and (8s. to the lordship of Burtonanas?). Given in the chapterhouse of Bridlington. An inventory of furniture and goods demised is attached. Fragment of seal, vesica, Virgin and Child attending in an architectural frame. '[ ]ALIGTON.'
