- 4 bovates and 3 tofts in Ruddestayn (i.e. 2 bovates and a toft which he had of the gift of Beatrice, widow of John de Brigham (lying between land of Richard de Thorni and land of Henry de Staxton; which toft Beatrice the nurse sometime held); and 2 bovates and 2 tofts which he had of the gift of Stephen de Killum (lying on the W. side of the carucate of land which the priory has of the gift of Sir William de Torp; which tofts William son of Arundel and Simon Iolle sometime held). Also a toft beside the land of Alan de Bouington towards the N. and which William, father of the grantor, had of the gift of William Thothe; and with the grantor's villeins Bartholomew son of Matilda, Richard son of William son of Arundel, Alice and Beatrice sisters of the same Richard, and all their families and chattels: Doing forinsec service for the 4 bovates and 3 tofts as for 4 bovates where 8 carucates make a knight's fee; and rendering 1d. yearly, for the toft sometime of William Thoth, to the heirs of W.T. Witn.
