b) Quitclaim: Richard Thorny de Rudestan to Sir William de Ergham: rent of 4s. as in (a): Given at Rudstan, Monday after St. Mark evangelist 19 Ed. II, (28 April 1326) Endorsement 'Carethorp. There are 12 carucates of which the heir of Carthorp holds 4 carucates of the liberty of St. Peter of York, and the same heir holds 4 carucates of the liberty of St. Mary, and Mounceaux holds 4 carucates of the Earl of Albemarle ('d. 1. d'?) of the King, where 48 carucates make a fee', undated
