3 tofts and a place of land called le Several, 2 bovates and the headland belonging to them, which Anselm Ibry sometime held of the grantor (i.e. one toft between tofts of Walter Prest E. and of Hugh de la More W.; one toft between tofts of church of Berneston E. and of Richard de Pokethorp; and one toft having on it the dwelling in which A.I. lived): Rendering 2 marks sterling yearly for all forinsec services except suit of court twice yearly at court of Berneston (at Easter and Michaelmas) when summoned.
