Kermerthyn and Kardygan and in Gower. With reversion of all property in those counties and in cos. Notts. and Warwick held by William Walsshale and wife Margaret in her right. All of which were granted to them by T.G. (Excepting from this demise lands in Anneys Burton granted by T.G. to Robert Thrwit for a term of years, with remainder to John Griffith son of T.G. and his wife Katherine and heirs of their bodies): With remainder successively to John Griffith brother of T.G. and to Joan Vernon sister of T.G. and heirs of their bodies, and then to heirs of T.G.
