2 messuages (one held by Sir Thomas de Thueng, chaplain, the other by Sir Henry de Harpham, chaplain), 2 bovates (between lands held by Robert Diard and by Ranulph Blaunchard) 20 cartloads of turves dug annually from donor's marsh, and common of pasture for a cow in le Queyse in Burton Annays. 16ac. called les Auenames as they lie between two boundaries in Thyrnam: If R. de S. fails to appoint succeeding chaplains within 40 days of a vacancy, the right to do so shall pass to the Abbot of St. Mary's in York. Tripartite, one part remaining with R. de S, one with the chaplain and his successors, and one with the Abbot. Witn.
