- Manor of Burton Anneys (excepting 1 messuage, 3 knight's fees, rents of 27s. 2 1/2d. and a pair of spurs, advowsons of the hospital of St. Helen of Brayceford and of the chantry of B.V.M. in the church of Burton Anneys, held by Master John de Somervill for life; and 11s. 8d. rents, 1 knight's fee, a third part of the said messuage and the advowson of the said chantry, held by Ralph de Burton and wife Agnes in right of her dower. The reversion of these premises lying to P. de S., he grants it also to Sir R. ap. G. and Joan, together with the homage and service of the prior of Bridelyngton, John de Hasthorpe, Richard Turneye, Robert de Heselarton, and Thomas de Heselarton for lands in Burton Agnes which they held of Philip de Heselarton
