Recites a demise by Thomas, Bishop of Durham (4 May 1433) to trustees (as in U DDWB/5/43) of property, including the manor of Anneys Burton, of which he was enfeoffed by Thomas Griffith, esq., father of Sir J.G.. Seal, armorial, quarterly, 1 & 4 three eagles displayed, 2 & 3 (a fess dancette?), a helmet with a saracen's head for crest, 'SIGILLUM JOHIS [ ]', damaged. (as U DDWB/5/51)
