With the reasons of A. and Sir W.G. the son for believing it a forgery. The deed is given up 'for the cler discharge of the soull of (Sir W.G. the father) if he for thopteyning of the same writyng any thing dyd agaynst consience. The deed purports to be: Grant: Alice daughter of Sir Roger de Stotevilla, lord of Burton Agnnes to her sister Agnes de Stotevilla, lady of Harpham: rights of way to the fisheries of Barton Anneys, with fishing in fishponds or marshes, agistment for all her beasts in the common pastures, and right to cut whins in the moor there: Witn.
