Description:

Honourable Nicholas Leeke, son and heir of Lord Deincourt, Lancelot Lakes of Canons, Middlesex, Thomas Leeke and Thomas Warton both of Grays Inn to Joseph Ashe of London, merchant. For £160 to Thomas Warton: messuage (New Ditch S.; Hebling Lane E.; Ravens Farm N.; Mistress Fishes Farm W.), adjoining croft (2ac.), 4 1/2 ac. in East field, 8ac. and odd lands in the South Field, 5ac. and odd lands in the West field, 20ac. meadow and tedderings in the Ings, and 7 1/2 ac. 'in a dale overflowne' called the Lowlandes (Lowland Dike W.; Thirty Acre Dike M.), in Waghen alias Wane. Recites that Lord Deincourt was also seized of Riston Grange (25ac.2r., tenants named ), 44ac. meadow in Sutton Ings and Sutton Carrside, and 200 sheepgates in Hull Summerganges.
