Client: Lady Waechter de Grimston
Work undertaken: Fireplace at Hall Garth, entrance hall replastering, garden wall and garden gates, new steps at the north gateway, septic tank, carved Grimston Stag crest and lozenge, new alter rails for chapel at Hall Garth. Repairs including replacement of tiles, new exterior lamps at Unity Hall. Also new front door frame and back door and canopy, design and specification for new windows, and circular window at All Hallows Cottage, Goodmanham. Alterations and extensions to No.2 Wesley Terrace, Goodmanham, and new garden gates. Also stone niche for statue of St Oswald at St Oswald's Close, Sleights, Whitby.
