Work undertaken: Survey, sketch proposals, drawings, report re removal of dormers and high level windows, new glazing bars for windows, proposed gate piers and dwarf wall for iron clearvoyee.

Contains: Correspondence between the office of Francis Johnson and Mr Proby, Fisher Hoggarth, Bidwells, Department of Environment and Transport. Note that mention is made of proposed road to run close to Elton Hall which Francis Johnson appears to have helped campaign to have route altered.
