Work undertaken: Door furniture at Burton Agnes Rectory in 1947, Chippendale book cases in 1947-1948, restoration of the Old Picture Gallery in 1950-1951, work at Boynton Almshouses at Barmston in 1950, proposed new fire escape in 1951, work in the grounds 1951. Also interior repairs and renovations including to staff quarters and refitting of kitchen at Burton Agnes Hall in 1969. Also ornamental pool at Burton Agnes Hall in 1970-1973. Also on behalf of C.O.I. Ramsden Esquire re plastering, windows, electrics, decorating and heating system at the Old Rectory in 1966-1969.
