Contains photographs of people and places, most of which are captioned. It includes photos of family and friends at home and on trips abroad (mainly in Venice and St Moritz); Maryland, the Wilsons' villa at Cap Ferrat; and photos from Wilson's time in the army in South Africa. It also contains newspaper and magazine cuttings, many relating to Muriel Wilson; photos and news cuttings relating to the Holderness Hunt; and autographed photos of celebrities such as Nellie Melba and Maud Allan.

The album has been covered in brown paper, apparently because it is suffering from red rot. Although the cover gives the dates 1902-1914 some of the photographs are dated from 1895 onwards.
