- The original consists of a cylindrical section of bamboo, with the text incised in the rencong script in South Sumatran Malay (= Ms. IC 9783). Described, with transliterated text, in VOHD 29, 1971, no.19, pp.24-5. There is also a copy in the rencong script in ink by M.A. Jaspan, with an interlinear romanized transliteration in pencil, 2pp., 21 x 30 cm of a folded sheet. The original had 17 lines of text, described by Jaspan as: "Pasemah, bamboo cylinder, wood stopper one end. Dahlem Museum. Moderately clear hand, copied 4 February 1966. Dimensions: diameter 15.6 to 15.8 cm, length 15.9 cm". (= Ms. IC 9783).
