Relates to various matters including: proposals to integrate with the church of St Gabriel in Govan and repairs required to the same; changes to personnel; valuation of 4 York Street, Glasgow; desire to have a closer link between the Missions to Seamen in Scotland and the Scottish Episcopal Church; merger of assets of the Scottish Council and the Glasgow & Clyde local committee to form a new branch known as The Missions to Seamen, Scotland; redrafting of constitution of the Glasgow and Clyde local committee; grant from the Merchant Navy Welfare Board; voluntary agencies in Scotland and closer co-ordination; reduction in shipping at Glasgow and no longer need for two chaplains at this port.
