- Newspaper first published by the Mission to Seafarers (formerly the Missions to Seamen) in Feb 1958 under the title The Flying Angel, later changing its name to Flying Angel News in Jan 1972, before changing its name again to FAN in summer 2011. Please note the following: duplication of issue numbering occurs for Nov-Dec 1973 and Jan-Feb 1974 both of which are numbered as Vol.16 No.6; Apr-Jun 1982 should be issue Vol.25 No.2 but is numbered as Vol.26 No.2; Jun-Aug 1990 should be issue Vol.33 No.3 but is numbered as Vol.38 No.3. Please also note that the series contains gaps in the period after 2012.
