Selby Ash for the Missions to Seamen; estimate of works. Includes references to: additional office space required for head office staff; management of a private garden for residents of Eccleston Square (including access, keyholding, tennis court, planting, caretaker, proposals for treatment of trees, possible requisition by Westminster City Council); dry rot treatment; installation of gas meter; proposal to convert the premises into three self-contained maisonettes for the use of staff, and use of ground floor as additional meeting space for headquarters; purchase of the property for the aforementioned purpose, with an offer of £4500 for the property.
