Includes references to: North East Ports Council 1982; North West Port Chaplains' meeting 1982; Northern Region's 'Leeds Weekend' Oct 1982; Reverend Pritchard to move to the diocese of Chester and to act as Inland Honorary Chaplain for the society 1984; donation of £85 from the parish of St Chad New Moston Dec 1984; resignation of Reverend G. Armstrong as Inland Honorary Chaplain [in Middleham nr Leyburn?] 1984; donation of £750 from the York Ladies Group to go towards cost of refurbishing swimming pool at Dar es Salaam, 1984; retirement of Reverend Ron M. Watson 1988; £14 sent by Reverend Joe Hogarth from Durham for AGM in 1991 and his continuation as a land chaplain for the society after his relocation from Maryport to Consett 1991.
