'John Ashley'; decisions regarding purchase taken by the John Ashley Committee; purchase price of £12,500.00 inclusive of a V.H.F. Marconi radio; the 'Brave Defiant' being a diesel yacht. Note that the original file cover was removed for conservation reasons but was marked 'Rev. J.B. Pegman'.
