Includes references to the following: visits to the lighthouse; honoraria and expenses; problems with transportation to lighthouse; reliefs; Christmas parcels; weather conditions during vistits; death of the chairman of the committee; appointment of Colver as honorary chaplain; gift to Sims-Williams upon his retirement after 15 years of service to the committee; living conditions at the lighthouse.
