File containing correspondence between Miss P. Lockwood and Miss Johnson as 'Parent' leaders for the St Nicholas lightvessel, S. G. Sharman as lamplighter on the lightvessel, and G. L. Parnell as secretary of the Lightships and Lighthouses Committee of the Missions to Seamen. Includes references to the following: 4th Bushey Rangers as the parent group for the lightvessel; Lockwood as honorary secretary of the parent group; withdrawal of St Nicholas from service and adoption of 'Dorando Pietre' by the parent group instead; token sent to the widow of one of the St Nicholas lightvessel crew; Christmas parcel and the contents thereof; recommendations for reading material to be included in quarterly or monthly parcels; Mission launch 'Mendel' and request by the lightvessel crew for a Christmas day visit.
