Parnell as secretaries of the Lightships and Lighthouses Committee of the Missions to Seamen. Includes references to the following: issues with the wireless set at Flatholm lighthouse; charitable cases to be aided by either Trinity House or Missions to Seamen contacts; names of lightkeepers; reliefs; TV receivers for lightvessels; motor launch 'Northmark'; Trinity House permits; Reverend R.P. Matthews as chaplain for Breaksea lightvessel; transportation including aboard the Tenby lifeboat; Bull Point, Hartland Point, Nash Point, St Anne's, Flatholm, Lundy North, Lundy South, Strumble Head and Lynmouth Island lighthouses; English & Welsh Grounds, Helwick, St Gowan, Scarweather and Breaksea lightvessels.
