Parnell as secretary of the Lightships and Lighthouses Committee of the Missions to Seamen regarding lighthouse keepers and their families transfering to and from parishes. Includes references to the following: incumbent being responsible for care of land stations without need to be appointed honorary chaplain, this only occuring if the lighthouse is classified as a 'rock'; names of keepers transferring between posts; comments and opinions on likelihood of new keepers joinging in with the life of the parish.
