File relates to Mullin's campaigning against the proposed reintroduction hangings for prisoners under the death penalty in a number of Caribbean countries including Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica and Belize. Note that Mullin introduced an early days motion (no.802) in June 1999 urging the Jamaican government to abandon the death penalty. Mullin had received letters from prisoners all over the world as a result of his work with the Brimingham Six case, and received a large amount of letters from prisoners on death row in various Caribbean countries. Contains correspondence between Mullin and various Caribbean prisoners under the death penalty with surnames beginning D-G.
