(ii) to John Overton: 3 yds. 1 ft. of ground from his house northward, on condition he paves between his house and the causey; builds a watch-house at the E. end of Mr. Hildyard's shops; and allows the watchmen to keep watch from his porch until it is built, 22 April 1674
