For 99 years from death of T.A. the father at 12d. rent: Lordship of Normanby, with garths adjoining the house of T.A. the father, 3 cornfields adjoining the garths; closes called Hungerhill Close, Calfe Closes, Shortbutt Close, Myrehill Close with the paddock adjoining Broadbeckes, West Inge, Flattinge Feild and Lawfeild Pasture; and all other estate of T.A. the son in Normanby: Defeasable on condition that T.A. the son repays his debts to J.P. within a year of the death of T.A. the father.
