- Closes called Foale Close, New Close, East part of Ladgates Calfe Closes, Chappell Feild, Tofte Feild, and Garthes in occupation of T.A. the grandfather; and all other estates of T.A. father & son in Normanby: As collateral security for peaceful possession by James Pennyman senr. of Ormesby esq. & his wife Johan of closes in Normanby (i.e. Lowe Feild, Fattinge Feild, Thorne Flattes, East & West Inges, Broadbeckes, Myrehill Close and Paddock) conveyed to them by T.A. father & son by deed of same date; which closes are subject to recited payments to Elizabeth Peighen widow, daughter of T.A. the grandfather, and to children of T.A. the father under a settlement made by T.A. the grandfather & his sons, T.A. the father and Henry Addison (dated 13 January 1639/40); and the Lowe Feild being parcel of the jointure of Ellenor wife of T.A. the grandfather.
