To hold that part of the manor house in which T.A. the father dwells, called the Newe Hall, with the new garden, the new orchard, moiety of the fold garth, a kiln, moiety of the Backhouse, half the oxhouse and the stable, the Haver Barne, the hen-house, the coal house, the swinecote & closes called Kirkefeild, Duckett Garthes and West Garthes to the use of T.A. the father & wife Margaret for their lives; then to T.A. th son for life, then to his son & heir Thomas Addison. And to hold the residue of the premises to T.A. the son & his wife Priscilla for their lives and then to the said T.A. the grandson, subject to £300 to be divided among younger children of T.A. the son: Witn.
