Manor capital messuage in Normanby in which T.A. father & son dwell, with all appurtenances (excepting 5 cottages, tenants named). To hold that part of the manor house in which T.A. the father dwells, called the Newe Hall, with the new garden, the new orchard, moiety of the fold garth, a kiln, moiety of the Backhouse, half the oxhouse and the stable, the Haver Barne, the hen-house, the coal house, the swinecote & closes called Kirkefeild, Duckett Garthes and West Garthes to the use of T.A. the father & wife Margaret for their lives; then to T.A. th son for life, then to his son & heir Thomas Addison. And to hold the residue of the premises to T.A. the son & his wife Priscilla for their lives and then to the said T.A. the grandson, subject to £300 to be divided among younger children of T.A. the son: Witn.
