Description:
Funded by the Home Office, the Police Negotiating Board was formally established by Act of Parliament in 1980 to negotiate the pay and conditions of employment of police in Britain. In 2014 it was replaced by the Police Remuneration Review Body in England and Wales, but the PNB remained active in Scotland.
