Play about a ferry heading down the River Humber and the stories of the passengers that they tell after they run aground.

Contains 'general notes and scribbles' and draft notes for Act 1. Typescript proposal to Humberside Leisure Services for 'Fairy Tales of Humberside' intended for the Humberside Theatre and two weeks on tour. Typescript notes to Jim Bywater (actor playing the part of Skipper), with annotations, about the songs and music that appear in the show including the comment "Sorry about the alterations but I keep changing my mind". With a number of annotated set doodles based around a paddle steamer named Lincoln Castle and a banner bearing the play's title. There is also a complete typescript version of the entire play marked 'Alan's Rehearsal book' with the cast names added, includes a small number of annotations, primarily crossing out a word or two of dialogue.
