BBC television series by Alan Plater about a middle-aged, middle-class, middle-management man who has just been made redundant. Contains scripts for episodes 'It takes one to know one', 'Rich is best', 'A little bit of heaven', 'A Young lady from Gloucester', 'A bag of mixed nuts', 'Read any good book lately?' and 'Fresh fields and slightly used pastures'. There are also some amendments for the episode 'Read any good book lately?'.
