Material mainly consists of Committee and some AGM Meetings with supporting papers, but other meetings are also contained. These include Steering and Advisory Groups and Inaugural, Trustee and various Special meetings held by Parity. Some minutes for meetings held by outside organisations are also included.

Committee meetings have been held at The Old Rose, Medway St, Westminster, London (July 1986 to August 1988), the Quaker Institutional Centre, London (October 1988 to January 1989) and from April 1989 to 2011 at the Institute of Professionals, Managers and Specialists (now known as Prospect), firstly at 74-79 York Rd, London then 8 Leake Street, London. Other meetings have been held at a number of London venues including the RAF Club, Piccadilly, Kensal Community Centre and the Union Jack Club, Sandell Street.

Due to confidentiality lists of attendees with their signatures have been removed from their original locations and placed in a separate file which is currently closed (U DPY/1/2/7).
