This collection is not a complete run, but mainly covers 1964-1986.

Venues of the meetings include: Welcombe Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon; The St Ermin's Hotel, London; Royal Hotel, York; The Park Hotel, Cardiff; Rodney House, Dolphin Square, London; St George's Hotel, Liverpool; The Royal Station Hotel, Ferensway, Hull; Cliff Hotel, Dovercourt; Royal Scottish Automobile Club, Blytheswood Square, Glasgow; Charing Cross Hotel, London; Regal Hotel, Cleveleys, Lancashire; SV Carrick, Clyde Street, Glasgow and other addresses in Glasgow, Plymouth, Southampton, Altrincham near Manchester, Saltash in Cornwall, Timperley in Cheshire and Manchester.

It includes typed minutes, some with agendas and Reports from Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer, some with accounts and records of income and expenditure. Also contains matters related to the organisation and attendance of future meetings, the loss of the 'Derbyshire', details of correspondence received, the creation of a newsletter, charitable donations from the organisation and a legacy, increase to subscriptions, possibility of the Belfast branch closing due to the troubles, possible association with Dutch group, copy of Standing Orders, possible formation of new groups and the closure of others, lights on life jackets, investments, disposal of records, choosing of Executive Committee and President, the possibility of drawing up a list of members willing to provide accommodation for wives visiting their husbands or take them shopping and badge designs.

Also contains undated Directive from Executive Committee to branches concerning the formation of a Merchant Navy Day.
