Description:
East moiety of a great barn near Bradley Hall; a little house called Garne House with 3 little garths adjacent on back and W. sides; and closes called 2 Long Garthes, Ellergills, Lower End of the Old Feild, and the Holme; moiety of water cornmill called Bradley Millne: Conditional on making specified payments of debts and legacies. Recites feoffment of the premises by John Whitwham senr. to his feoffees (22 August 1653), which also included a moiety of the waste called the Foold; a wain house adjoining the great barn, with a parcel on the backside in Green Croft Head to the barn doors as it was then set out to be inclosed; a messuage newly erected on the Upper Intacke; closes called the North Side, the Lower Intacke, Upper Oldfeild, and Middle Oldfeild; and 2 closes.
