The majority (c.130) are of deeds in the Constable Maxwell of Everingham [U DDEV] and have been marked with the relevant references. They relate to: Arras, Drax, Everingham, Gardham with Newton and Wressle (Co. York); Chelworth, Colcote, Excote, Puritan and Rendcombe (Counties Gloucestershire and Wiltshire); Middle and West Rasen, Osgodby, Roxby and Toft next Newton (co. Lincs.). On the backs of the summaries of U DDEV/9/8 and U DDEV/44/13 and U DDEV/44/21 are brief pedigrees of William Brown.

The remainder are deeds relating to Beswick (8), 1382 - 1616; Boythorpe, 1594; Brantingham and Ellerker, 1557; Dalby, 1527; Hull (2), 1573 - 1577; Nuthill (2), 1374 - 1444; Paull, 1416; Pollington, 1565; and Hanby and Lenton, co. Lincs., 1580
