Each yearly section contains typically an agenda for that year's meeting, the statement of accounts for the previous year, the minutes of the annual general meeting held the previous year and the Annual Report of the County Branch for the previous year. Often the minutes contain a list of recipients of long service badges and certificates. The volume also includes two reports by Brigadier G.H. Gilmore who acted as Hon. Secretary of the East Riding Branch SSAFA and Hon. Treasurer between June and December 1968.
