Rotograph [negative] copy. Account of expenses and charges for building a little lodge in Beverley Park produced by John Bellowe, surveyor of the King's lands in the East Riding. Details the work undertaken each week and payments that were to be made to carpenters, labourers, stone masons etc.

With typewritten transcript made by F.W. Brooks' extra-mural class in local history in 1934.
