Description:

Victor has drawn himself and Inge as brown dog-like creatures sat with am arm around each other, both with their eyes closed and smiling. Victor's face is coloured blue and he does not wear his glasses. Above is a shining sun with a smiling face. In a separate illustration at teh bottom of the same sheet Victor draws himself placing his 'Vote', a cross on a sheet, into a box. Inge waits behind him with her vote slip. Victor writes to Inge saying ow the 'pill knocked me out completely'. He mentions 'arduous duties' and draws an arrow to his voting illustration. On the reverse, Victor writes 'For Inge'.
