- Contents of an original box file marked: 'Notes relating to the East Riding Flora' compiled by Professor R.D. Good. Contains one small typed volume providing a list of plants with details including Latin name, popular name and, at times, the habitat where they were found in the East Riding. This bundle also includes many handwritten sheets of [draft] notes, a list of plants growing at Hall Ings, Cottingham and a ticket for a concert at University College Unemployed Men's Education Centre held on 23 Mar 1934. An envelope dated 1956 contains a letter and notes sent from a G.A. Nelson detailing the flora of the environs of Pocklington (letter dated 4 Jan 1957). There is also a typed list entitled 'Species needed for East Riding Herbarium 1954'.
