RE: A neutral vessel tracking between Rotterdam and Hull called the Good Friends of Altoria of which Soulsby is Master and is piloted by John Soulsby his son frequently lands alien passengers at Hull. It is necessary to take action in compliance with Act of Parliament. The ship is liable to seizure and confiscation.
