Luke Thruscros to John Feilde, mayor; Marmaduke Haddlesey, Thomas Thackraie and James Casson, aldermen and merchants

Conveyance of a messuage called the Olde Scowlehowse in Holy Trinity Churchyard and a tenement and garden in the said Churchyard late in the tenure of William Margittes, schoolmaster and also the messuage newly erected on the said garden in the said Churchyard called the new Scowlehowse; also all the lands, premises, etc., which the said Luke Thruscros in conjunction with John Thorneton, William Gee, Robert Gaton and William Wilson, Aldermen, deceased, held by the gift and grant of Queen Elizabeth by the Letters Patent to which the deed is attached, excepting those lands, etc., already conveyed to others before the date of the deed. The deed is attached to the Letters Patent of Queen Elizabeth dated 29 April 1587, consisting of four skins and bearing the Great Seal, which conveys to Luke Thruscros and others extensive lands and premises situated in Hull and the County of York.
