Lease year to year (with three months notice to be given by either party) of a piece of waste ground called the Beach lying between the high and low watermark near the Spurn Lighthouse in the parish of Kilnsea, rent of 1 shilling. Signed by Henry Bell of Grays Inn and T. Anderson, clerk, as witnesses, and also signed by Edward Constable and bearing the affixed seal of the Mayor and Burgesses. Note that the reverse of the document bears a sketch plan of the land to which the lease relates.
