Order that the expenses of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor for bringing an appeal against the rate assessment for waterworks be paid by the Mayor and Burgesses of Hull, relates to a case brought by the Mayor and Aldermen of Hull against the Parish of Sculcoates on the basis that Hull is overcharged in the poor rate for waterworks
